• Ensuring a Return on Investment by your organisation.

4. New DirectION
• Assisting your organisation to develop the internal capacity to deliver the education.
• Developing facilitative leaders within your organisation.
• Identifying success factors and establishing performance standards.

5. EvaluatION

• Leveraging the core skills from the initial elements into specific applications.
• Measuring the success factors identified in the previous element.
